Murray and Paula Brown's "Referral Rewards Program" Details We truly appreciate the many referrals our clients have sent us over the years...  One of the finest compliments we can receive is a recommendation from one of our clients.

	If you've never bought or sold a property through our services and you will be referring a new client to us, we consider you to be a Business Friend. You are rewarded for referring new clients to us who buy or sell a home.  Your Referral Reward for the first new client that completes a transaction with us will be 5% of the commission received by us.  For each additional referral within the same calendar year your Referral Reward will advance to the next levels below.
	If you are one of our Preferred Clients who have purchased or sold a home through us, your Referral Reward for the first new client you refer to us will be 10% of the commission received by us.
	If you are one of our Preferred Clients who have purchased or sold a home through us, and you are referring a second client to us in the same year your Referral Reward will be 15% of the commission received by us.
	If you are one of our Preferred Clients who have purchased or sold a home through us, and you are referring a third client to us in the same year your Referral Reward will be 20% of the commission received by us.

Example of Referral Fees To Be Paid Using a sales price for a home of $340,000 and receiving a net commission of 3% on the 1st $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance of the selling side, the following table shows the Cash Fee to be paid to you: 5% Payout = $330.00 10% Payout = $660.00 15% Payout = $990.00 20% Payout = $1320.00

The Fine Print & Details * Only one fee paid for each client recommended. * Fee is based on commission received for listing or selling side of transaction only. * Net Commission means commission received by Murray and Paula Brown on Listing or Selling side of transaction. *All Fees will be paid by Bank Draft within 5 days of receipt of commission by Murray and Paula Brown. * E.& O.E. This program is offered at the sole discretion of Murray and Paula Brown * Referrals are only paid if a transaction is completed and will not be payable in the event of a collapsed transaction. * Our Referral Rewards Program may be terminated within 15 days posted notice on this website.  In the event of cancellation of our program all outstanding referrals will be honoured. * Our preferred clients are rewarded with a further bonus.  Listing or purchasing through us results in a referral fee paid out at the current level of referral the client has achieved for the current year. * For determination of Level of Referral, year refers to calendar year, January 1 through December 31.  IE to reach a Level 2 Referral payout, 2 referrals must be received within the same calendar year.
